SidiMoney — Request Account & Data Deletion
If you use SidiMoney and want your account and associated data removed, submit a deletion request below.
About
SidiMoney is a ROSCA / tontine management app. We do not accept, hold, transfer or process funds — all money handling happens outside the app. We store group membership, schedules and optional reminders only.
How to request deletion
- Enter the email address linked to your SidiMoney account in the form below.
- Submit the request — we will store the email address as a deletion request and notify our admin team.
- An admin will manually review the request and remove account data as appropriate. We'll contact you at the same email with any follow-up questions.
What will be deleted / retained
- Deleted: account identifier / email record (after manual action by admin), membership records, schedules, reminders.
- Retained (for compliance/operational reasons): aggregated non-identifying logs and records for security/analytics for up to 90 days.
Partial data deletion
Yes — you may request deletion of some or all of your data. For now we only collect the deletion request via email and handle requests manually. When you submit the request, indicate in the email whether you want complete deletion or partial deletion and our admins will follow up.
